KROE is a company producing prefabricated concrete elements, i.e. thin-walled cladding elements for external and internal applications, thin-walled road infrastructure elements, sanitary accessories, home and garden furnishing elements, and decorative elements. In addition to flat plates, our offer also includes large-sized, asymmetrical plates: arches, L-profiles and U-profiles, thin-walled three-dimensional and perforated elements with unique shapes and finishes.

Projects

The prefabricated elements we create also attract attention with their high aesthetic values - the exposed surface can be colored (both in the mass and on the surface) and have a texture (depending on the recipient's requirements). We cooperate with the company RECKLI - a world leader in the design and production of matrices and molds made of polyurethane elastomers for patterned concrete. Our team will be happy to provide advice not only on design but also on the appropriate selection of sizes, thickness and shape of the boards.

Quality

In terms of internal quality control, the plant uses: testing machines to determine bending and compressive strength, specialized equipment for testing cements and aggregates, a climatic chamber to test the effect of freezing/thawing on building materials, a salt spray chamber to determine the corrosion resistance of building materials, a device for determining the depth of water penetration under pressure. A specially qualified and separate FPC unit supervises the quality, from testing the supplied raw materials, through checking the fresh concrete mix and the amount of dosed alkali-resistant glass fiber, to checking the finished products.
